So sick to see Beauty and Beast in Hailey. So many of my favorite skateboarders were there. It was so hard to keep cool and not fan out to hard.

Classic Anti Hero

John Cardiel is truly awesome. If you haven't caught his Epicly Later'd TV episodes yet you need to. Dude is such an inspiration. Listening to his stories about the old Anti Hero days works my skate nerdness into a frenzy. Thursdays can't come soon enough. Thats the day they release 2 new episodes. A video with all 16 Cardiel episodes is suppose to be released soon. I found the old Anti Hero Videos, "Fucktards" and the self titled video "Anti Hero". This is some true bare bones skateboarding. The hill bomb in the rain is insane. I think its Sean Young. Just a warning about Fucktards. It lives up to its name. Some serious raw action.

People keep telling me how fun the video game EA Skate is to play. I keep hearing how realistic it is and how they want to go skate after playing it. Thats great and all but it still doesn't interest me much. It's probably because of the game I am addicted too. Its kind of old but it too is realistic and makes me want to skate. Specially a mini ramp at the bistro.

Thursday night, Leap Year Eve, Kelley Knopp and a bunch of girls in bikini's held a mini ramp boxing style competition smack dab in the middle of the dance floor. Goodtimes were had by all I think. The ramp was like skating in 5 o'clock L.A traffic. At times there were 3 people skating an 8 foot wide ramp at once. Brad Beech ended up winning. Brad is really good. I too won. I won a fat lip, a bruised heel and a nice hole in my finger from a rope burn. I'm not complaining, I had a great time. Here are some pics from the night.

I look kind of scared in this photo. Its probably because phom looks so hard.
